Overview:
The Channel Business Development Manager will be responsible for managing North
American strategic channel business opportunities focusing on high end
customized partnerships. This role will focused on marketing web portals and web hosting. The primary focus will be developing strategic alliances and
expanding existing major partner networks for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales quotas
- Call prospective customers in designated market area to qualify leads and
explain products and services offered - Average 50 calls a day
- Using Converged Systems Business Portal track all relevant sales activity (including calls, prospect pipeline, lead management, account notes, etc.)
- Generate regular reports demonstrating quota attainment and lead lifecycle
- Follow-up on active and incoming leads
Qualifications:
- Min of 3-4 years experience in the technology sector; at least 2 years B2B
outside sales experience; preferable channel sales
- Demonstrable phone-based and face to face selling skills required
- Superior communication skills and customer service skills are a must
- Ability to listen and assimilate information is critical
- Flexible, detail oriented team player with a positive attitude who can close
business consistently quarter over quarter
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, superior time
management skills, and an ability to work with minimal supervision are essential

Direct Marketing Administrator - Customer
Relationship Marketing

Overview: We are currently seeking a
qualified marketer with internet hosting experience. This individual will
perform various marketing duties (planning, implementation and analysis) in
support of our Business and Family Portals & customer relationship marketing
(CRM) activities.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project management of all direct marketing efforts
- Oversight, trafficking and follow-through of all direct mail
campaigns
- Planning and implementation of email marketing activities including
planning, loading files, monitoring transmission, reporting and analysis of
results
- Collection of campaigns results from various sources and presenting results
to senior marketing team
- Assist Director of Direct Marketing with various marketing campaigns -
specific opportunities may include construction of creative briefs for new

Technical Support Specialist - Hosting
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
Overview: Will provide Tier 1 technical assistance via
telephone, email and chat to clients that have purchased one of our
products. Technical Support Specialists will troubleshoot incoming
issues relative to Web hosting and provide a diagnosis and/or resolution to the
customer using the ticketing tools and logging procedures.
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Operating System (OS). Knowledge of Linux and MAC a plus.
- Strong understanding of Windows Networking and IIS configuration.
- Knowledge of browser configurations for Internet Explorer, Opera, Netscape and Firefox essential.
