AT& T network support center in North Carolina uses CSI webportal to provide structured Project Task Management with access for customers to view their online tickets for network service. AT& T also uses the calendar feature for scheduling and tie into the task management features for better customer service request tracking.


  ADJUST-A-BED MANUFACTURING CORP. Adjust-A-Bed was looking to re-organize their operations and purchased our Business Portal to spearhead the re-org. Centralizing sales, shipping and order placement information, documents and forms has greatly assisted their staff and remote offices.


  ALL PHASE ROOFING. Located in Connecticut All Phase Roofing began using our hosting services to better manage their work crews and provide collaboration between its multiple remote offices and the owners fishing boat. The Time Sheet Manager is currently in use allowing their on-site project managers to better manage resources, estimate project times and costs.


  UNIFIED DISPATCH. Located in California UDI is a software development company that uses our Business Information Management Portal to manage all of their Software Releases, bug tracking, Customer help desk support and time sheet for logging work completed and billing back to customers. UDI is using our Portal on their in-house intranet. UDI's support team, implementation engineers and remote sales connect through VPN for added security.

  HARRISON FAMILY HISTORY. Using our Family Portal the Harrison family has linked their family together through sharing and managing their family history. Pictures and Videos allow this family to share those special events even when they can't be there. The calendar keeps everyone in touch and caught up with what each family is doing.
