Version 5.x - 3rd Qtr 2008 - Expense Manager for extending the tracking of costs on projects, new software releases and employees. PDA capabilities will be built into the Customer & Business Support Center and the Contacts Manager for entering and retrieving information.
Version 4.5 - December, 2007 - Microsoft SQL server support with migration plan, and integrated Web Conferencing capabilities.
Version 4.3 - July, 2007 - Added check in and check out to document manager, Added import and export to Help Desk and Project Management Modules. Implemented GHANT Chart utility within the Support Center Report Writer.
Version 4.0 - December, 2006 - Expanded import utility and increased User Defined area to 42 fields and added 18 User Definable fields to the Sales Pipeline.
Version 3.3 - June, 2006 - Help Desk and Bug Tracker expanded to include automated emailing to customers, user defined fields, escalation and call back monitoring.
Version 3.1 - December, 2005 - Help Desk and Bug Tracker were added to the Customer Support Center to extend the tracking of tasks and managing your support center.
Version 3.0 - September, 2005 - Extends the capabilities of the Project Management Module. This version also included the Time Sheet Management for managing costs and time applied to tasks and issues.
Version 2.5 - July, 2005 - Photo and Video Gallery module added with complete integration to PayPal for online transactions. Extended capabilities of calendar with addition of task "to do list" management for CRM and Calendar for Family Portal use. Revised Portal Modules to include WYSIWYG HTML editors.
Version 2.3 - November, 2004 - Message Board Discussion Forums added. Internet based email with integration to all modules added. Extended security options in CRM to accomadate the message board. Added CRM report writer. Added Internal Messaging and Phone messaging so we could get rid of the little yellow sticky notes for phone calls. Reworked menu and included tab interfacing with online help.
Version 2.2 - June, 2004 - Chat and Private Messaging added with integration to Contact Management and Portal Security. Workflow Management incorporated with per module design. Included Private Calendars and event series in the Calendar Module
