    Support - Support Pricing is per year and per web-site address. When you purchase support you will receive expert assistance from our help desk and unlimited downloads of all new updates for the coming year. The suggestions for enhancements and new products are derived from our customers.

    Installation - One time fee to assist you, by phone, with your installation. This one time fee is for one installation on a per portal web-site basis. If you provide FTP access, we may assist by setting up the Portal software on your ISP or on your local server.
